Mr. Bailey is a founding Partner of Bailey, Johnson & Lyon PLLC.  He was born in Dallas, Texas and raised locally in Carrollton, Texas.

Jonathan Bailey has worked as an associate at a personal injury law firm and been general council for a major construction company before opening his own office.  Mr Bailey is a graduate of the Trial Advocacy College - Huntsville, Texas sponsored by the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.  Mr. Bailey is licensed to Practice Law by the State Bar of Texas and Licensed by the United States Courts (Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. 

Jonathan Bailey has extensive experience in cases involving car accident victims.  In addition, Mr. Bailey has handled many complex criminal cases including, but not limited to:  DWI, Intoxication Manslaughter, Assaults, Aggravated Sexual Assault, Weapons Charges, Fraud, and White Collar Offenses.

Mr. Bailey’s civil expertise includes forming and dissolving corporations and LLCs; business related Federal Income Tax issues; Mining and Excavation Issues; Oil and Gas Exploration and Production; defense against Civil Lawsuits; and how to keep a civil suit from becoming a criminal issue.  In addition, Mr. Bailey is proficient in Family(Divorce) Law Matters.

When not practicing law, Mr. Bailey practices Martial Art.
